Many happy memories of Maureen, my cousin, both from the past and in recent times. My first memory is of walking through the chicken run with her and her parents at the house in St Albans and then holding a newly hatched chick in my hand in their kitchen. We have met up occasionally over the years but more so during the last few years, since we were both widowed, and have exchanged many interesting visits and garden plants. We've also had intriguing conversations, helping to fill in the family history on our paternal side. Thank you Maureen for your kindness and friendship, my thoughts and prayers are with your children and their families.
